Our Inn. policies

  • The Refuge - Confort & Suites - is open to the public every day.

  • All our rooms, have a two person capacity only: wether it be two adults, an adult and a child or two children, and the price does not change.

  • Fifty per cent (50%) of the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. The balance will be due check in.

  • Federal (5%) and Provincial (9,975%) taxes will be applied.

  • Any cancellation must be received at least 15 days before the arrival date. In this case, the entire amount received will be reimbursed. If cancellation is received later than 15 days before the arrival date, no reimbursement will be made by Le Refuge Confort & Suites. Cancellations done 48 hours and up before the check-in will be charged with the full amount of the original reservation.

  • Check-in time most be done between 16:00 and 7:30 houres. Please contact help desk upon arrival to have immediate access to your room, departure time is 11:00 AM at the latest.

  • Free parking. Only one vehicle per reservation.

  • We do not have a luggage service. Luggages delivered to our Inn. by third parties (taxi, specialized service, etc.) before ‘Check-in’ ours will not be accepted.

  • Le Refuge - Confort & Suites - is a smoke free environment.

  • Pets are not accepted in our Inn.

  • No daily breakfast service available at our Inn.; Coffee & Tea always available and free

  • Meals allowed only on designated places.


    Without previous agreement, any travel agency or individual offering to customers a prepaid stay in our Inn., included on a travel product, package or other, must first contact our customer service department to confirm the reservation and make payment arrangements.

    Any guest arriving at our hotel with a prepaid reservation to the travel agency or third party without previous confirmation with our services , will be fully charged again at check-in, regardless of any arrangements made between the clients and a third party.

    Help desk and room service policy

  • Our business hours are, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM and from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM Saturday and Sunday.
  • After regular hours, conciergerie service is provided by phone.
  • Towels and bathroom linen & accessories are changed every two days.
  • Refreshing room service is done every day between 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM.
  • Bed linen is not changed for a short period of stay unless specifically requested by client and with overcharge.
