Grande Suite

Large Suite offering views of our hotel garden, forest, and partial view of the ski resort.  This single level unit includes a separate bedroom with with ensuite  bathroom & bath linen /accessories a living area with fireplace and  a dining area and a full equipped kitchen. Among the commodities this suite is equipped with a Queen sized bed, kitchen appliances (oven, toaster coffee machine, microwave, boiler, induction cooktop, boiler & dishes), air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and free movies. Free parking (one parking space per booking only).

For added comfort the maximum number of two guests is allowed per booking and suite. Visits with no reservation in our hotel are not allowed.

Two consecutive nights will be required for bookings made Friday or Saturday. Some of our suites may be available for only one night in a weekend. Please check our reservation calendar

Additional information & Terms and Conditions

- Le Refuge  is open to the public every day.

- All our Suites have a two guest capacity only: whether it be two adults, an adult and a child or two children, and the price does not change.

- Fifty per cent (50%) of the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. The balance will be due check in.Federal (5%), Provincial (9,975%)  and accommodation  (3.5%) taxes will be applied.

- Check-in is at 4:00 pm or later, early arrivals must be planned in advance. Please contact help desk upon arrival, using our intercom line to have immediate access to your suite, departure time is 11:00 AM at the latest.

-  Free parking.  Only one vehicle authorized per reservation.

-  We do not accept luggage’s delivered to our Inn.  by third parties (taxi, specialized service, etc.) 

- Le Refuge  is a smoke free environment.

- Pets are not accepted in our Inn.

- No daily breakfast service available at our Inn.

- Coffee & Tea are free and always available on the suites

TRAVEL AGENCIES & THIRD PARTIES:

Without previous agreement, any travel agency or individual offering to is customers a prepaid stay in our Inn, either been included on a travel product, package or other, must first contact our customer service department to confirm the reservation and make payment arrangements.

Any guest arriving at our hotel with a prepaid reservation to the travel agency or third party without previous confirmation with our services , will be fully charged again at check-in, regardless of any arrangements made between the clients and a third party.
